Assistant Manager- PR & Event Manager

1. Strategic Development, planning and carrying out PR and event marketing strategies in alignment with business goals. (PR, EV)
2. Campaign Execution, developing and executing marketing plans for events and PR campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business strategies. (PR, EV)
Content Development and Management
3. Content Creation, writing and editing press releases, newsletters, brochures, speeches, social media content, and other promotional materials. (PR)
4. Social Media and Digital Management, managing updates and campaigns across social media and digital platforms to ensure consistent brand presence and engagement. (PR)
Media and Public Engagement
5. Media and Partner Relations, building and maintaining relationships with media and business partners, including event productions and press, to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness. (PR, EV)
6. Event Representation and Coordination, representing the company at events and coordinating all aspects of event marketing, including theme, branding, and creative elements. (PR, EV)
Event and Project Management
7. Event Management, overseeing the design, development, and execution of events, ensuring they align with the brand and strategic objectives. (EV)
8. Multi-Channel Campaign Coordination, managing and coordinating campaign components across multiple channels such as print, digital, social, telemarketing, and direct mail. (EV)
Monitoring and Evaluation
9. Performance Review, to monitor the public and media opinion, track publicity, press coverage, and review results of event marketing activities to identify variances and areas for improvement. (PR)
10. Budget and Resource Allocation, planning and managing budgets for events and marketing campaigns, aiming to optimize costs and potentially generate revenue. (EV)
Collaboration and Support
11. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing team and PR to support activities and ensure successful achievement of goals. (PR, EV)
1. Age: 30 – 40 Years
2. Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
3. Experience: Over 5 years of relevant professional experience
4. Industry Preference, candidates with experience in the restaurant business or Food Retail will be given special consideration.
5. Possess a positive attitude and professional manner.
6. Highly adaptable and enjoys working collaboratively in team settings.
7. Excellent command of the English language- (TOEIC scores > 500)
