Sales Account Manager / Sales Executive

- Identify and approach new potential strategic customers
- Establish strong ,long-term client relationships
- Communicate with major clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries
- Suggest solution and innovative ideas to meet client needs
- Handle complaints and problems in timely and effective manner
- Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams
- Monitor sales performance metrics
- Prepare monthly, quarter and annual report and forecasts
- Thai nationality and age is not over than 35 years
- Proven work experience as a Strategic account manager or Key account manager
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- An ability to address customer requests in timely manner
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
Sales Executive
- Thai nationality and age is not over than 30 years
- Bachelor Degree in IT or related field
- 1 year experience in Sales (Server/Storage or Networking)
- Good interpersonal, coordination skills and service-minded person
- Able to learn new technologies
