Global Mobility
Toshiba Consumers Products (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Staying in touch with the HQ's Global Mobility Team to ensure the implementation of the HQ's policies in Thailand and improve local policies and procedures in Thailand;
- Visa-related experience is preferred. Assist Thai employees in visas, dispatch agreements and other matters before and during their dispatch to other countries, and answer employees' questions;
- Global Mobility guidelines and processes;
- VISA supplier bidding and management ;
- Assist HQ's Global Mobility system project;
- Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language, and fluent in both Chinese and English is preferred.
- HQ refers to the headquarters of Midea Group, located in Guangdong, China
- Global Mobility refers to dispatching employees of Midea's branch in Thailand to work in Midea's branches in other countries.
- Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 23-35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Human resources management, Administration or others.
- At least 1-3 years of experience for Human resources management & Payroll & Admin functions .
- At a good level of leadership.
- Have good management skills.
- Good command in English or Chinese.
- Able to use MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint).
