- Requesting price from international and local suppliers including negotiating prices for products.
- Learn to study tender process for submission includes studying drawing layout, technical data for priority brands used in kitchen, comparing price differences between brands.
- Coordinate with team to win projects for different chains of hotels.
- Responsible for the administration of the department for tender and assistant tender manager.
- To establish KPI report and in charge of ISO document.
- Liaise internally for handover process.
- Other duties assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related flied.
- Experience in Administration or Sales Coordinator at least 1 year
- Good in communication, interpersonal and good coordination skills
- Eager to learn and open mindset to learn something new.
- Skilled in Microsoft excel, DWG, Adobe acrobat PDF, Microsoft teams
- Good command in English is must
- Good command in Mandarin is a plus
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
