- Responsible for achieving the company’s sales targets.
- Set sales targets for sales staff and sales engineers.
- Supervise sales staff and sales engineers.
- Plan and execute various aspects of sales operations.
- Develop sales strategies.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with customers.
- Manage and oversee the sales budget.
- Motivate team members to work towards shared goals.
- Develop and provide training to enhance the skills of sales staff and sales engineers.
- Report monthly sales performance to the management.
- Present sales operations and market trend information to the management.
- Serve as a role model and inspire team members.
- Work Monday to Friday.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field of engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing and supervising sales teams in industrial product sales as a Sales Manager.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop effective sales strategies.
- Proven experience in driving teams to meet and exceed goals.
- Understanding of business needs and ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Experience and skills in team management, with the ability to provide guidance to sales team members.
- Good English speaking and writing skills (must have a TOEIC score of at least 550).
- Strong leadership qualities, teamwork skills, analytical thinking, and sound decision-making ability.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a personal vehicle.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for work outside the province.
