Customer Support Analyst
T.N. DIGITAL SOLUTIONS CO., LTD.- Be a part of operation team for handing IT Second line support issues for our mobile and tablet banking operation.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers and Call Centers to identify and solve problems for our customers by conducting analysis of system data and architecture.
- Assist our business analysts in creating customized business report.
- Report to QA Manager
- Bachelor degree in IT or related discipline is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support and/or operation
- Usable knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of MongoDB is a plus
- Knowledge or experience in banking IT is a plus
- Strong and proactive team player
