JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Keep an eye on the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are appropriately, promptly, and correctly documented using accounting records.
- Compile management reports and accounting analyses with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to find and clarify discrepancies in account statement reconciliations.
- Participate in and provide complete assistance for the quarterly and annual group consolidation process.
- Command of all accounting activities, including financial statement reporting and associated notes to financial statements, and working with the Accounting Shared Service Center to complete all statutory reports following laws, accounting standards, and corporate policies.
- Analyzing financial data to generate reports and statements, providing clear financial health assessments for informed decision-making.
- Cooperate and full support for the Group consolidation process on quarterly and year-end basis.
- Execute and oversee the fixed asset registration management system and validation for the entire company.
- Assist the auditor in performing internal and external audits and collaborate with them.
- Execute special projects or other relevant tasks that management assigns you.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial presentations for management meetings.
- Provide support and work with auditor in conducting internal/external audit.
- Support Accounting Manager in day-to-day activities and other ad hoc projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (GPA 3.00) (preferable Master degree in Accounting or Finance)
- At least 5 years of working experience in Accounting, Consolidation
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, internal controls and financial reporting
- Experience in the audit of financial statements under IFRS
- Computer literacy: MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Good command of English (TOEIC 500)
