Marketing Specialist
Triple T Broadband Public Company Limited (3BB)- Build and manage a learning platform to ensure efficient collaboration with various stakeholder groups.
- Generate and create content for different stages of the learning process to enhance the competency of all stakeholders.
- Lead the planning and coaching programs for all stakeholders, ensuring they acquire the right skills and capabilities.
- Analyze the behavior, lifestyle, requirements, and problems of sales teams and customers to address their needs effectively.
- Work with communication materials and content to deliver effective knowledge that supports sales activities.
- Facilitate and curate the overall learning experience based on the learners’ needs, values, and behaviors for sales teams and other stakeholders.
- Age preferably 28-35 years
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or other relevant field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, public relations, or creating brand image
- Is creative with a good personality, perseverance and the ability to think in their feet
- Enjoys learning new things in the field of digital marketing or online marketing technology
- Strong pipeline tracking and management abilities. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving skills and communication skills
- Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
