ช่วยซัพพอร์ตทีมขายด้วยข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ ข้อมูลที่ได้จากการวิจัย ข้อมูลการวิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง และข้อมูลอื่นๆที่นำไปใช้ในการนำเสนอราคา
ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของ Sales Lead ติดต่อเข้ามา สามารถระบุได้ว่ารายไหนมีโอกาสที่จะปิดการขายได้ ส่งต่อ sales Lead ที่มีโอกาสสูงให้กับทีมขายทำการปิดการขาย
บันทึกขัอมูลลูกค้าให้ถูกต้อง และครบถ้วน
วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มการขาย เปรียบเทียบข้อมูล และสรุปผล เพื่อนำไปช่วยปรับกลยุทธ์การขาย
สื่อสารกับลูกค้าในช่องทางต่างๆ อย่างโทรศัพท์ อีเมล์ แชท อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ติดตามและ เรียนรู้ผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท
ทำงานร่วมกับแผนกอื่นๆ เช่น การตลาด และการเงิน บัญชี เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายร่วมกันได้

Requirements

วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
ประสบการณ์ 2-4 ปี
สามารถทำงานได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีระเบียบวินัยในการทำงาน
มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน จัดลำดับความสำคัญงานได้ดี
มีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร สรุปความความสำคัญได้
สามารถทำงานด้านเอกสาร ทั้ง 2 ภาษาได้อย่างดี (TH/EN)
มี Service Mind สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
สามารถใช้เทคโนโลยีพื้นฐานในการทำงานได้ (Ai is a plus)
