The Role:

Research Consultant role is an indoor/office-based role where you will search and gather information on upcoming and ongoing construction projects through several sources across Thailand.

Training is provided and we are welcoming fresh graduate who are willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

Research and report the upcoming and ongoing construction projects in Thailand
Source and qualify construction information via phone calls (work will involve making phone calls), email, internet and newspapers
Build and maintain the assigned construction projects portfolios from the early stage towards the completion of the construction project
Consistently achieve the daily KPI on project reporting
Execute any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time

Requirements

Degree holder (background Architecture, Civil Engineering and Industrial Engineering or any related fields)
Professional communication (written & oral) in both Thai and English
PC knowledge – Internet search engines, database experience, Outlook and MS Office basic
Must be comfortable with outbound calls
Training is provided, you are expected to give full commitment to learn a lot of new knowledge
Some experience in customer service or research is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
