BASIC FUNCTIONS REQUIRED:
Duties include, but are not limited to, providing administrative support to the Leasing Office in leasing, assigning and maintaining residences in the Embassy housing pool, including managing utility payments, arranging residential water delivery, and serving as a liaison between landlords and various Embassy personnel. The incumbent should demonstrate excellent judgment and will coordinate activities between General Services Office (GSO) Housing, Facilities Maintenance, Property and Supply, and various building managers and landlords to ensure housing for new arrivals is properly commissioned to meet Embassy safety and security standards. S/he will communicate with incoming officers to provide and collate results from housing questionnaires and maintain the administrative systems and spreadsheets that assist the section in making informed, appropriate housing assignments. Incumbent assists to provide quality control on all aspects of make ready services for residential units to ensure a warm and inviting welcome for new arrivals to post. This extends to assisting existing occupants with the resolution of maintenance related issues. The incumbent must ensure that sensitive issues are handled with tact according to regulations and guidance. The incumbent will also be responsible for other administrative duties, such as time and attendance as well as ordering and maintenance of expendable supplies for the Leasing section. The incumbent will serve as back-up for the Housing Clerks.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
(1) Education: A high school diploma or local equivalent is required.

(2) Experience:
A minimum of two years prior experience in the field of customer service is required.
(3) Language: (This may be tested)
• Fluent (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of Thai is required.
• Good Working knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of English is required. You can submit a copy of valid TOEIC score (Listening and Reading Section) of at least 600, or pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Human Resources Office.
(4) Skills:
• Must possess basic computer skills, including familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must understand Thai customs
(5) Knowledge:
• Basic knowledge of customer service and organizational skills.
