Job Summary: Responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to prospective and existing customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing technical expertise, and delivering exceptional service to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical requirements and business challenges.
- Product Demonstration: Provide product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the technical features and benefits of our offerings.
- Technical Support: Assist customers with technical inquiries and offer solutions that meet their needs.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and contribute to achieving sales and profit targets.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, product pricing and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare sales reports and forecasts, tracking progress against targets
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Biotechnology, Industrial Process, Engineering).
- Strong work ethics; communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to drive and own a car with driving license
- Capable of traveling to other provinces/over-night stay
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Committed and skilled in achieving work and profit goals
- Eager to learn new things and willing to develop oneself
- Experience in technical sales or services is preferable.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
