- Install, maintain, and enhance machine online systems (Sony in-house developed) to improve production efficiency and streamline processes.
- Utilize digital tools to monitor machine performance and processes in real time, ensuring smooth operations.
- Identify and resolve issues in the machine online system promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system stability.
- Modify PLCs (e.g., Omron, Keyence) to enable machine data logging and ensure accurate data capture.
- Prepare machine data for integration into data warehouses, ensuring compatibility and accessibility for analysis.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure machine online systems align with production goals and efficiency requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in related fields (fresh graduates with strong technical skills are also welcome to apply).
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, C#).
- Familiarity with SQL database languages for data management.
- Basic understanding of PLCs, specifically Omron and Keyence.
- Fundamental knowledge of computer networks and industrial communication protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Intermediate proficiency in English for reading technical documents, attending meetings, and communicating with international team members.
