Basic Requirements

Full Time

1 - 2 Year

Master's Degree

15,000 - 20,000 baht/month

Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate comprehensive reports for the Retail department.

• Oversee the BOH system, including inventory management and deliveries.

• Manage and validate documents, and create detailed budget reports for the department.

• Provide necessary supplies to branches such as shopping bags, cashier tools, merchandising

supplies, etc.

• Develop and implement SOPs for all administrative tasks.

• Organize and maintain the records of administrative tasks and other documentation,

ensuring they are well-organized, up to date and easily accessible.

• Coordinate and follow up with corporate administrator to support store operations.

• Provide other admin tasks as required by the supervisor.

• Contribute to the team by suggesting ideas to enhance Retail operations and strategies.

Requirements

Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in business administra@on or a related field is preferred. Newly graduated candidates are also acceptable.
. Education: A university degree in Business Administra@on, Marke@ng, or Sales is required. Other majors may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Strong understanding of retail management principles.
Excellent communica@on skills, both verbal and wriXen.
Proficiency in basic English (speaking, wri@ng, listening, and reading).
•Posi@ve aYtude, enthusiasm, and an outgoing personality.
Self-mo@vated with a strong work ethic.
Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented mindset.
Proficient in MicrosoS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
