Responsibility
1.Lead the optimization and implementation of guidelines, instructions and procedures to drive standardization and consistent execution of operations.
2.Coach teams in quality improvement approach and techniques for develop capability and increase performance.
3.Promote and support the deployment of Quality culture and Cl roadmap.
4.Support the investigation of QA with the help of the QC supervisors to handle customer complaints and non-conformities.
5.Responsibility for all quality functions and quality key indicators.
6. Develop the mobile QC in production.
7.Estimate and adjust the team capacity, following the evolution of the business.
8.Improve the communication with the Development and Production teams.
9.Strengthen the position of the QC internally.
