Basic Requirements

Full Time

1 - 3 Year

Bachelor's Degree or Higher

20,000 - 25,000 baht/month

Responsibilities

Lead design, specification, acquisition, installation and commissioning of new tooling and a new assembly line and related equipment in the process.
Drive the industrialization plan and new model launch.
Continuous improvement of the factory key processes in Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People category.
Analyze and planning space requirements and workflow and designing layouts of equipment and workspace to maximize efficiency.
Coordinating change management and change implementation.
Responsible and follow up about cost saving project.
Provide support and guidance to team to meet daily work demands.
Develop and review process standard data sheet and formalize to production standard to ensure safety , quality and efficiency.
Take care and drives productivity improvement activity.
Analyze the waste in the production process and make corrections of QIP process improvement.
Response QIP to reduce scrap.
Strong experience related to product & manufacturing technology development & transferring, continuous process improvement activities of lean manufacturing & six sigma, and performance monitoring & control by business plan deployment

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer or Mechanical Engineer related field.
At least 1 years of experience work in the Manufacturing field. (Who has experience especial in Improvement Production Quality and Process will be an advantage).
At least 1 years in combination of managing the engineering with hands-on engineering design, develop and modify activities.
Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Analytical and Problem-solving skills, Work smart, Work hard and Leadership.
Good command in communication skills in Chinese or English will be advantage.
