Duties & Responsibilities
Learning and Development :
- Partner with department heads to identify training needs and performance gaps across the organization.
- Build and develop training project as IDP, Skill Matrix, Career development or project work as assigned.
- Design & implement KM. projects related. (e.g., Leadership development, Internal knowledge sharing, Talent management, online learning, etc.).
- Assess organizational and employee development needs through surveys, performance evaluations, and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with external Trainer, if necessary, to develop specialized training resources or acquire relevant content.
Communication and Alignment :
- Enhance organizational alignment and engagement through effective internal communication strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop communication plans that support company initiatives and drive employee engagement.
Onboarding :
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company’s culture and work environment.
- Develop and execute onboarding programs that familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and expectations.
- Monitor the onboarding process and adjust as necessary to improve the new hire experience.
