Pre - sales Engineer : To Consult , Recommend , Presentation and answer in specifically technical of product for Sales, Product Manager and Reseller , Complies Spec , learning and Sample test in technical of Product.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- To Consult in technical of product for Sales, Product Manager and Reseller
- Share and answer in problem of product about specifically technical for internal and Public user
- Support Sales for present particularly technical of product to Reseller and Secures from customer technical staff commitments needed to ensure a deal’s “technical close.”
- Complies Spec Support Sales for Presentation to Customer
- Join with Product Manager in training class for develop Sales about Knowledge and understanding in product for presentation to customer.
- Compile Spec and knowledge learning technical skill for specifically Product.
- Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
- Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.

Bachelor s' Degree in Telecommunication and Computer Engineering.
Experience in Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant or Network Engineer.
Good knowledge in Product of IT Solution in Network Product.
Good presentation skills.
There is a residence in Chiang Rai, Phitsanulok Province.

VST ECS (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established in Thailand in 1988. The company started its business as a distributor representing products from leading IT principals such as Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard and Seagate.
In 1998, the company introduced its B2B online system to facilitate it customers to search for product information and conduct business transactions online. VST ECS has established the first subsidiary in Myanmar named ‘ECS Value Myanmar Services Co., Ltd.’ since April, 2014 and in Cambodia named “ECS Value (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.” since May, 2015 to focus on IT enterprise business
In 2001, the company has reorganized to be a Value Added Distribution Company and categorized the products offering into two businesses:
1) Distribution: providing a range of ICT products comprising of desktop PC, notebook, printer, LCD, smartphone, tablet and etc.
2) Enterprise Solutions: design, install and implement e-enabling infrastructures for companies interested in e-commerce utilizing a range of enterprise servers, workgroup servers, operating systems, e-commerce application software, system management tools and ICT security products from our ICT principals.
