Responsibilities

Production Engineer process and Development project
Maintain IoT system (Internet of Thinks system)
Improvement AMR/AGV, new innovation implementation
Process improvement, Reduce difficult jobs, Lay out improvement
Control Process design, FMEA (POKAYOKE) and control plan implementation with APQP team
Maintain CR Activity, GCI, Budget, Investment follow to Company Policy
Main to follow IATF16949, Kaizen , TPS, Monozukuri and GENBA system activities
Production plan by Machine Load Manpower Plan in monthly follow target.
Monitoring production result and manpower plan management.
Analysis for the root cause of production problem and countermeasure in production engineer process

LOCATION WORKING : Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate , Rayong

Requirements

Bachelor / Master degree for Engineer / Industrial / Mechanical electrical and chemical engineer
Experience 3 - 5 years up in the Production Supervisor level of automotive / Electronicor any familiar manufacturing industry
Knowledge of IOT system , Innovation , AMR ( Autonomous Mobile Robotic) / AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle)
Strong Knowledge about Quality system IATF 16949, ISO 9001, 5S, Kaizen, Suggestion, TPSand 7QC tools., production process management, problem solving method, improve MONOZUKURI, GENBA
Good skill in PLC, AutoCAD, Solid works and interest in design improvement and development
Good in English / Japanese language skill and communicate effectivity
Having TOEIC scores of 500 up will be given special consideration
