- To assist preparing annual report, quarterly performance update, press release and other financial and/or non-financial information for investor relations matters
- To assist the company by providing all supporting documents related to the accounting
- Liaising with Trustee in REIT business operation
- Being responsible for overall aspects of Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) investment
- Coordinate with suppliers in term of documentation to manage relevant documents aligning with the Trust Deed
and the relevant laws - To assist the organize investors’ related activities such as Trust unit holders’ meeting and SET’s opportunity day
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations
- Perform other related duties as required by Manager
- Bachelor’s in business, Finance, Economics, Accounting. (New graduate are welcome)
- Having knowledge of accounting and the use of financial statements of property fund and REIT or good knowledge of accounting standards
- Knowledgeable in valuation methods, financial analysis, financial models and having deep understanding in discounted cash flow mechanism
- Knowledge of MS Office programs, particularly Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Work under pressure and tight deadline
