- การดำเนินการการจัดการความเสี่ยงและการจัดการข้อร้องเรียนของโรงพยาบาลเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ดำเนินการควบคุมติดตามผล กระบวนการและระบบบริหารความเสี่ยงเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมทั้งมีการรวบรวมข้อมูลอุบัติการณ์ความเสี่ยงและวิเคราะห์สาเหตุเชิงระบบ
- ประสานงาน เพื่อป้องกัน และลดความเสียหายของโรงพยาบาลอันเป็นผลเนื่องมาจากการรักษาพยาบาลหรือบริการที่ผิดพลาด
- ติดตามรวบรวมและรายงานผลการบริหารความเสี่ยงในองค์กรต่อผู้บริหาร คณะกรรมการและหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ
- จัดทำนโยบายด้านการบริหารความเสี่ยงและการบริหารจัดการข้อร้องเรียน ร่วมกับคณะกรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยง
- บริหารจัดการ ประเมินประสิทธิภาพ แผนกลยุทธ์ฯและแผนปฏิบัติการของระบบบริหารความเสี่ยง
• จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินการด้านบริหารความเสี่ยง และตัวชี้วัดที่สำคัญเพื่อรายงานต่อผู้บริหาร คณะกรรมการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์ หรือ อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานด้านการแพทย์
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านระบบบริหารความเสี่ยงอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- ใบรับรองทางวิชาชีพ
- ผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตรบริหารความเสี่ยงขั้นพื้นฐาน
- ภาษาอังกฤษ-ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ระดับดี
- มีความรู้ความชำนาญด้าน Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) Internet และ E-mail เป็นอย่างดี

Currently staffed by more than 300 doctors and 500 nursing staff, the Hospital has an inpatient bed capacity of 190 and daily outpatient capacity of 2,000.
