หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Take a good care of existing partners (e.g. The Asia Architectural Expo Alliance Partners, Government, Association, State Enterprise, Education Institution) for deep collaboration and socialization in order to keep a close relationship with strategic partners
- Build business partners by growing partnership portfolio in architectural and related field and manage the programs effectively.
- Cultivate and manage partnership development strategist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and future partners
- Keep track of latest and trendiest partners available on a global scale
- Lead in proposal development in compliance with partners requirement and company policy
- Assist with the creation and distribution of mailing / document to externals
- Ensure the event's success by orchestrating activities, securing high-profile speakers, and attracting VIP guests
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and leverage company resources to maximize the event's impact
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership management or dealing with professional entities
- Able to deal with multiple parties both in-house and third parties with tight timeline
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, relationship-building and presentation skill
- Excellent written skill in official document
- Fluent in English in both verbal and written communication
- Proficient in MS Office (especially MS PowerPoint)
