HR Business Partner
บริษัท ทริโก้ ควอลิตี้ เซอร์วิสเซส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด- Manage and handle payroll all process such as time attendance data.
- Working Site visit – regular communication company policy and information to Team Leader & Inspectors.
- Selection of operators level location Bangna, Chonburi, Rayong, Ayutthaya, Prachin Buri (pre selection of CV-s, managing, selection tests, doing job interviews, giving feedbacks for the candidate and prepare recruitment status report by weekly-monthly).
- Maintain and update employee data.
- Assisting in the day-to-day timely and accurate preparation of the monthly payroll to ensure the process of monthly payroll and incentive is accuracy.
- General company office administration.
- Visa & Workpermit.
- Prepare all HR correspondences for employees or external parties.
- Support with recruitment activities (e.g., job advert publication, screening of applications, interview/
- Training scheduling, on-/off boarding processes, etc.)
- Participate actively in the organization of staff events and activities.
- IT support record. (PR and maintenance)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Recourse, Business Administration, English communication.
- At least 2-6 year experience on HR or Admin.
- Can Communicate in English spoken and writing.
- Be competent in Microsoft Office programs and in numeracy.
- Able to travel and workabroad (Bangna, Chonburi, Rayong, Ayutthaya, Prachin Buri).
- Have a driving license and private car.
- Quick problems solving skills.
- Good organizing, managing, communication skills.
- Able to do multiple tasks fast and accurately and to genuinely keep confidential information.
- A good team player and can work under pressure.
- Hand-on and “can do “attitude is desirable.
- Have experience in Visa, Work permit.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skill.
