Sales Support
บริษัท ไทยกรุ๊ป โฮลดิ้งส์ จำกัด (มหาชน)- Sales Support: Assist the Fleet Sales team in managing daily sales activities, including processing orders, preparing sales documents, and ensuring accurate data entry into the sales system.
- Customer Coordination: Communicate with clients to provide updates on order status, delivery schedules, and any required documentation.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the fleet inventory, ensuring that vehicles are available and ready for delivery according to sales agreements.
- Reporting: Generate and maintain sales reports, tracking key metrics such as sales volume, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to fleet sales, including contracts, invoices, and vehicle registration documents.
- Coordination with Other Departments: Work closely with the operations teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues related to fleet sales promptly and professionally.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales processes and documentation adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales administration, fleet sales, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel : Pivot Vlookup, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of the used car industry and fleet management is a plus.
- Available to work occasionally at Bangna and Thepharak
