System Analyst

1.Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and business analysts, to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.
- Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications and system requirements.
2. System Design and Implementation:
- Design and propose efficient, scalable, and cost-effective solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop functional and technical design documents, workflow diagrams, and system architecture diagrams.
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery of digital product features and enhancements.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and work with the project team to implement corrective actions.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Work with QA teams to identify and resolve defects and issues.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT, facilitating clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and user guides.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and features.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance system performance, security, and user experience.
- Provide ongoing support for digital products, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure system reliability, availability, and performance.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in system analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
- Proven experience in digital product development and project management.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in system analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of database management, system architecture, and API integration.
- Familiarity with digital product technologies, such as web and mobile applications.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
